Reading has always been my outlet. When I read a book, the outside world disappeared and for that period of time I live in a different realm.
My childhood addiction to reading never went away. I still read every day, and it brings me a lot of pleasure. My favorite genres are thrillers, mysteries, and historical fiction.
The reason I started this website was to feature all the great books that are being written for teenagers and young adults. I haven’t read them all, by any means, but I scour the Internet for information and reviews on the books featured here to help you decide which ones you want to read.

I got a Nook about a year ago and I absolutely love it! My house was too full of books, even though I gave many away, and I figured the price of the ebooks are equivalent to that of a paperback. For many years, though, I had been a regular at the local libraries, and in fact I can now download library ebooks for free, while sitting on my couch at home. If you have an e-reader be sure to check out your library for ebooks.
